Our customer service represents the interface between the warehouse and the customer and serves as your contact person concerning all warehousing, transportation and service topics.
Interaction is usually on a one face to the customer policy, which means there will be a special contact person for each customer that stays the same throughout the whole cooperation. This gives us the possibility to build a strong trusting and confidential relationship with a lot of benefits for both partners. On the one hand it simplifies the communication processes for our customers and on the other hand we are able to process requests quicker, more accurate and specially focused on the customers needs since the customers preferences and processes are known to us.
Part of our customer service is the admission, processing and clarification of customer requests which could involve the clarification of stock differences and queries, provision of evaluations, simple transport organization, pallet management and appointment settings.
Mainly our service is concentrated in english, german, french and polish. Other languages are possible on demand.
